FAHPAC is a community based voluntary, not for profit, non- political and non-governmental organization founded in November 1992 with headquarters in Ibadan, Nigeria. FAHPAC was registered with Federal Government Corporate Affairs Commission in 1996 and governed by a Board of Trustees, managed by an executive committee supported by a crop of 6 seasoned experienced professional staff.



To provide sustainable and integrated health and development services to the underserved hard to reach individuals and families especially youth, women and children.


To empower youth and women with information and skills that allow them to chart paths to success in education, career, business ventures and reproductive health destines..


Orphanage Support

Children who lose a parent to AIDS suffer grief and confusion. Their loss is often worsened by prejudice and social exclusion, and can lead to loss of education, health care and the property they may be entitled to inherit should the second parent die as well. These children like many others are been supported by FAHPAC through child sponsorship initiatives, provision of basic primary education and medical services, advocacy, counselling and vocational training.

Health Care Outreach

FAHPAC commenced HIV/AIDS support and care for PLWH/A in 1996. Our activities includes voluntary consent confidential testing services for individuals and groups; assisting orphan and vulnerable children; providing home-based care and support for PLWHAs; offering emergency/short stay clinical care services for PLWHAs; supplying food and hygiene packs; facilitating drop-in- Center for PLWHA; turning waste to wealth initiative for sustainability of PLWHA.

Women Support

This gender-focused program seeks to equip women with knowledge and skills necessary for successful living like in society. Our focus areas are home management; negotiation; decision making; spousal and mother child communication; sexual and reproductive health care; business/investment ventures; and access to credit facilities.
